My wife and I walked over to Kosciusko Auto Parts to purchase a battery, walked in and talked with Mr. Henry. He quickly found the battery we needed. He knew we didn't have tools and would not let me buy a wrench or vice grips. Mr. Henry went far above the call of duty by loading the battery and a tool kit into the store delivery truck, followed us back to our car and helped me install my new battery! That's what I call excellent service even after the sell! That was really a great thing to do for a couple of stranded folks! We are forever grateful and plan to purchase all that we can from Mr. Henry and the nice people here. I hope anyone reading this will consider doing the same!

Jay and Kosciusko Auto Parts came to our rescue! I had a car with a dead battery in my garage and a husband who had just had shoulder surgery. I gave Jay a call. He came to our home, checked out our problem and replaced it with a new one since it was the original and we needed a new one. Now that is what I call service with a smile!! Thank you Jay and Kosciusko Auto Parts!!!
