He knew we didn't have tools and would not let me buy a wrench or vice grips. Mr. Henry went far above the call of duty by loading the battery and a tool kit into the store delivery truck, followed us back to our car and helped me install my new battery! That's what I call excellent service even after the sell! That was really a great thing to do for a couple of stranded folks! Jay and Kosciusko Auto Parts came to our rescue! I had a car with a dead battery in my garage and a husband who had just had shoulder surgery. I gave Jay a call.
